A key purpose of UPA is advocacy for federal and state policies that promote the development and use of domestic petroleum and natural gas.  UPA interacts with both the legislative and executive branches of government on issues affecting Utah's oil and gas industry.  This section presents information in the form of testimony, fact sheets, and comments on federal and state proposals.  These documents provide UPA's advocacy positions.
