NEW EVENT INFO: This tournament is an opportunity to promote your business and spotlight your contribution to the oil and gas industry. If you are a Hole Sponsor, you are encouraged (but not required) to bring swag, offer prizes, hold drawings or contests, provide refreshments, and more.  Please note: We function under the courses’ food and alcohol license, so all food and drink must be purchased through the course caterers. Cooking on any part of the course is not allowed. Thank you for your cooperation.

**Registration Opens April 28, 2022**

How to Register: 

1. Choose the course you wish to sponsor or play. Please check below for available courses and holes.  If you would like a team only and they are sold out, we can add you to our waitlist. If any hole sponsorships are still available, we suggest sponsoring a hole so that you can guarantee your spot in the tournament.
2. Choose a Hole number. If you only wish to play, choose the Team option.
3. Select your Sponsorship Level. Once you have selected the Hole, you may select the sponsorship level. For example, Par 4 or 5 Holes have a Platinum or Gold Sponsorship. Select the sponsorship level and pricing will change accordingly.
4. Select Member or Nonmember. Pricing will adjust accordingly. If you are not sure if you are current with your UPA dues, please contact Jennette. If you wish to join or pay for your membership level, please go HERE to add Membership to your cart. Note that we reserve the right to charge the nonmember price until we have received your membership payment. If membership payment is received in advance of the event, we will refund the difference between the nonmember and member price.
5. Consider being a Prize Sponsor or Food Sponsor. Help us continue to make this the premier Association event of the year and support with a Prize Sponsorship or Food Sponsorship. Your generous Prize Sponsorship will be enthusiastically acknowledged when the prizes given. Food Sponsorships will include a 4-Player Team and logo included in our event program.
6. Don’t forget Raffle Tickets and Mulligans! You are able to prepay for Raffle Tickets and Mulligans and avoid the line at the golf course. You may add any quantity and there is no limit! 
7. Member Benefit Allowance: For Chairman’s Circle, Platinum and Gold level memberships, you can receive a 1-time benefit for golf. Please use the applicable coupon code found in Member Benefits section below. The amount of your benefit will act as a discount and will be deducted from the final price.
8. Check out! Options for payment include any Credit Card or choose Check if you wish to send in your payment. Use your receipt as the invoice and let us know if you need something additional for processing.
